Training & Education

My personal journey eventually led me to pursue formal training in integrative nutrition and wellness at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied dietary theories, lifestyle coaching, and both Eastern and Western approaches to health.

  • Masters in Public Health, Columbia University, NYC

  • Integrative Nutrition and Health Coach Certificate, Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN)

  • Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate, eCornell

  • Detox Your Life Program, Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN)

My Journey

My path to integrative nutrition and wellness began after experiencing significant hormonal changes, stress, and deep fatigue following the birth of my second child. Around the same time, my eldest son — just three years old — developed an autoimmune condition and was diagnosed with multiple food allergies.

These were incredibly challenging years, filled with moments of overwhelm and uncertainty. Yet through these experiences, I came to understand that there was more to healing than temporary solutions and quick fixes.

I became deeply immersed in nutrition and health research, experienced firsthand the power of food as medicine and the transformative effects of nurturing not just the body, but the whole person.
