The vWellness Program

Four months is a powerful window to create transformative healthy eating habits and lasting lifestyle changes. The vWellness program is designed to support you in building a healthy lifestyle, one sustainable building block at a time.

What's Included​​

  • Eight 50-minute one-on-one holistic nutrition and wellness coaching sessions

  • An optional detoxification or food reset program

  • Personalized resources including recipes, meal plans, and educational materials aligned with your goals

  • Ongoing email support to address questions and provide guidance between sessions

Individual Sessions

Individual sessions are available for those seeking targeted support or a flexible approach to nutrition and wellness coaching.
